Yoobe Return Policies
The guarantees and return provisions are set out in the American consumer legislation
1. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

1.1 After the 07 (seven) consecutive days, YOOBE accepts the return, only if the product has a production defect.

1.2 The return for manufacturing defect must be made within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) consecutive days from the date of delivery of the order.

1.3 In cases of finding manufacturing defects, the CONSUMER may choose to cancel the purchase, replace it with another identical product or receive a discount coupon for the total amount disbursed, including shipping costs.

1.4 YOOBE reserves the right to request the sending of the defective product by the CONSUMER to the indicated address, taking steps to replace or cancel the purchase.

1.5 A post code will be informed, electronically, so that the CONSUMER can post the product without any need for disbursement.

1.6 In cases of request for product replacement, YOOBE is responsible for the costs related to both the return and the shipping of the new product.
2. RETURNS FOR REPENTANCE

2.1 YOOBE guarantees the CONSUMER the right of repentance up to 07 (seven) consecutive days from the date of receipt of the product.

2.2 The right to repent will be exercised without any burden to the CONSUMER.

2.3 Requests for returns due to regret, regardless of their motivation, must be made through the contact page or via email contact@yoobe.me

2.4 The amount of the refund made by YOOBE, will be the total of the purchase, including the amounts related to shipping.

2.5 A post code will be informed, electronically, so that the CONSUMER can send the product without any need for disbursement.

2.6 YOOBE will accept the return of preserved products only, without signs of use, damage or any change in their original characteristics.

2.7 The product must be returned to YOOBE accompanied by the (invoice) original packaging.

2.8 YOOBE reserves the right not to accept returns if the conditions mentioned in the previous items are not respected.
3. EXCHANGES

3.1 The CONSUMER is allowed to exchange within 07 (seven) consecutive days after receiving the product.

3.2 Requests for exchange, regardless of their motivation, must be made through the contact page or via email contact@yoobe.me

3.3 YOOBE reserves the right not to accept exchanges without the CONSUMER’s prior communication through the contact page or via email contact@yoobe.me

3.4 YOOBE will confirm receipt of the request, advising the CONSUMER on how to proceed with the exchange of the product.

3.5 The CONSUMER will bear the costs of sending the product to the address informed by YOOBE.

3.6 YOOBE will send the CONSUMER, electronically, a DISCOUNT COUPON of the value of your purchase, excluding shipping costs.

3.7 The DISCOUNT COUPON will allow the CONSUMER to make a new purchase and complement the total amount, including the new shipping costs, through the payment methods available on the SITE.

3.8 The CONSUMER is given the responsibility to carefully check the available specifications of the products (model, size, color, among others) so that no exchange request is necessary.

3.9 YOOBE only exchanges preserved products, without signs of use, damage or any change in their original characteristics.

3.10 To effect the exchange, the product must be returned to YOOBE accompanied by the respective DANFE (Auxiliary Document of the Electronic Invoice) and, when possible, in the original packaging.

3.11 The CONSUMER is responsible for the return packaging, in case it is not possible to reuse the original.

3.12 For promotional purchases, the CONSUMER will not be charged for the exchange.

3.13 YOOBE reserves the right not to accept exchanges if the conditions mentioned in previous items are not respected.
